Visitor privacy
Access to the content of www.itcnetworks.ro does not require disclosure of any personal information. You may visit all sections of our site without authenticating yourself in any way and without providing any information about yourself.
If you want to apply for a job with ITC Networks you are required to submit a resume with information about yourself. This information includes such personal data as first name, last name and contact data and other information about yourself
such as work experience and studies. After submitting your resume, this information will become propriety of ITC Networks which will use it to determine whether you are suitable for a job with ITC Networks. ITC Networks reserves the right to contact you by phone or email if further data is required or to esatblish an interview. Submission of a resume does not automatically endorse an answer by ITC Networks. The information obtained from the resume and/or further communication with you by any means will be used only by ITC Networks and will not be disclosed to any third party, published, reproduced or make available to any ITC Networks employee other than those responsible with employment. The information will not be used in any other way other than determining your suitability for the job.
Employee privacy
ITC Networks does not disclose to outsiders any type of information about its employees, either through the web site or in any other form.
Inside ITC Networks, access to employee data is strictly regulated. Personal and confidential data is accessible only to those employees which make use of it during the work they provide at and for ITC Networks and striclty on a need-to-know basis.
Personal data is not available to any other employee, either in written form or in electronic form.
Customer privacy
We do not disclose information about our customers and/or the services provided for them other than on a purely informative basis and if it is relevant to the portfolio of ITC Networks. We do not disclose any information about our customers and/or the services provided for them that is deemed by the customer confidential or in any other way required not to be public. Customers who wish to remain completely anonymous and do not wish to have any information at all disclosed about their work relationship with ITC Networks can do so. No information about them will appear on ITC Networks' site.
By information/data we refer to:
- any type of printed or electronic material such as documentation, specifications, requirements, reports, meeting minutes, project plans or any other form of document striclty relevant for a project or a customer
- any type of software, either provided to ITC Networks by the customer or developed inside ITC Networks for a customer
Access to information/data and/or equipment inside ITC Networks is strictly regulated on a need-to-know basis.
Access to especially sensitive and/or confidential information/data and/or equipemnt requires acceptance of a non-disclosure agreement, provided by the customer, by all employees with access to the respective data/equipment.
General policies
ITC Networks does not endorse in any way any form of violation of privacy or confidence by any of its employees. This includes:
- access to personal employee data
- access to company data
- access to project and client information/data
- access to equipment
other than on a need-to-know basis and strictly by authorized employees.
Attempts by unauthorized employees to access information and equipment are striclty monitored and the employees responsible for it are punishable in various degrees, depenidng on the gravity of the intrusion and the employee history with such matters, ranging from admonishment to exclusion from the company.
Attempts by any employee to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish or in any other way make available to unauthorized persons any information obtained during the collaboration with ITC Networks are strictly monitored and punishable in various
degrees.
Any type of information that has already been made available to the general public by its rightful owner or by a third party with the rightful owner's approval, either in printed or electronic form or through any other media, is excluded from the above regulations.
ITC Networks abides by the Romanian laws and legal regulations which take priority in defining any internal regulations of ITC Networks.
